About Dadu44
We run a Malaysian online casino: one ringgit wallet, 32 studios, 1,800+ titles and a cashier staffed around the clock. This page says who is behind it, how the floor is put together and what we do not do ourselves.

Who runs this floor
Dadu44 opened to Malaysian members in 2019 as a single lobby with a handful of slot studios and a cashier worked by four people. The floor has grown into 32 studios and 1,800+ titles since then, but the shape of the business has not changed: we take deposits, we run games made by licensed studios, we pay out, and we answer the phone when something goes wrong.
The team sits across operations, cashier and support, with support the largest group by a distance because that is where members meet us. Shifts cover the whole twenty four hours, weighted toward the Malaysian evening when the floor is busiest. Nobody on the floor is a public figure and there is no founder story to tell. What there is, is a queue that gets worked and a bank file that goes out.
We are an operator, not a comparison site and not an affiliate. We do not review other floors, we do not rank anybody and we have no opinion to sell about the rest of the market. If you are weighing us up against somewhere else, Dadu44 Review sets out what we do and do not offer in the same flat terms we would use on a complaint.
The studios we carry, and why those
A floor does not make its own games. We license them, and the list is chosen on three things: whether the titles are ones Malaysian members already know, whether the studio holds its own certification, and whether the integration reports a result quickly enough that a phone on mobile data does not sit there spinning.
On the slot side that means JILI, MegaH5, Playtech, PG Soft, Spadegaming and CQ9 beside the Mega888, 918Kiss, Pussy888 and Joker catalogues that a generation of players here grew up on. Keeping the older cabinets alongside the new studios costs us shelf space, and we keep them because members ask for them by name, not because they are the most profitable titles on the floor.
For live tables we carry Evolution, Dream Gaming, Big Gaming, XPG, MT Live and QTech. The deciding factors there are different: dealers who speak Mandarin, studios close enough to this timezone to be fully staffed at 1am, and a stream that holds up on a Malaysian mobile network. What each of those studios is actually good at is covered on Dadu44 Live Casino.
One wallet, and how the cashier is run
There is one balance. Slots, live tables, fishing rooms and the daily draws all draw on the same ringgit figure, with no transfer between provider wallets and no money stranded in a corner of the lobby you forgot you opened. That single detail removes most of the support tickets a multi wallet floor generates.
Deposits start at RM1 and are credited automatically on the eWallet and FPX rails, with a person checking anything the automation flags. Cash outs start at RM50 and take 5 to 25 minutes in normal hours, three free each day and RM2 after that. Payouts go to a bank account in the member's own name, and that rule has no exceptions, including for family. The full queue, the checks and the paperwork are described on Dadu44 Withdraw.
Bonus money is kept separate from cash in the ledger even though you see one figure, which is how turnover is tracked without guesswork: twelve times bonus plus deposit on the welcome offer, slots counting fully, live tables at ten percent and fishing at twenty. Free credit of RM5 carries six times turnover and a RM100 ceiling on what can be taken out of it. We would rather publish those numbers than have a member discover them at the cashier.
Certification, testing, and what we do not do ourselves
No Malaysian authority issues a licence for an online casino, so our licence is held offshore and we are supervised there. We will send the current certificate to any member who asks support for it, and we would rather do that than print a badge on a page where a badge proves nothing.
Game fairness is not ours to certify. Each studio has its random number generator tested by an independent laboratory and publishes the return to player figure for each title, and we run the game as the studio ships it. We cannot raise or lower an RTP, tune a machine toward a member, or hold a result back. Anyone who tells you a floor can do that is describing something other than a licensed integration.
What we are responsible for is everything around the game: the cashier, the bonus terms, the turnover counting, the account checks and the support queue. If one of those goes wrong, it is ours to fix, and we do not get to point at a studio. The wider legal background to all of this, including the two statutes that apply here, is on Dadu44 Malaysia.
Your data, your limits, and how to reach a person
We hold what the cashier needs and little else: a name as it appears on your bank account, a phone number, a bank account number and the record of what moved through the wallet. Identity documents are collected once, before a first cash out, and are kept to satisfy that check rather than to build a profile. We do not sell member data, and we do not hand a phone number to a third party for marketing.
Every member can set a deposit limit, a loss limit or a session reminder, and can ask for a cooling off period or a longer self exclusion. Those settings are honoured on the account rather than on the device, so they follow you across addresses and into the app. How each one works, and the signs worth watching for in your own play, are on Responsible Gaming.
When you want a human, chat is open 24 hours and Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook and email are all answered. The channels, the typical response times and the escalation route if a first answer does not settle the matter are set out on Contact Dadu44.
Who operates Dadu44?
We do, as an operator rather than a review or comparison site. The floor opened to Malaysian members in 2019 and runs licensed studio games on one ringgit wallet.
Does Dadu44 make its own games?
No. Every title comes from a licensed studio that has its own random number generator tested independently. We cannot change an RTP or influence a result.
Is Dadu44 licensed in Malaysia?
No Malaysian authority licenses an online casino, so our licence is held offshore. Support will send the current certificate to any member who asks for it.
What do you do with my identity documents?
They are collected once, before a first cash out, to confirm the account holder and the bank account name. They are kept for that check and are not sold or passed on for marketing.
Can I hold more than one account?
No. One account per person. A second registration suspends both until we merge them, and bonus funds cannot be moved between accounts while that is happening.

Registration takes a phone number and about a minute. The RM5 free credit lands before you deposit anything, so you can see the floor for yourself first.
