What a tier actually buys you

Our tiers are not a badge. Each one is a set of four concrete changes to how your account behaves: the rate at which rebate accrues, how much can leave the account in a day, how many withdrawals a day are free of the RM2 fee, and whether a named host handles your messages instead of the general queue. Nothing else changes. Every online casino game in the lobby pays the same odds at every level, and a Bronze player meets the same maths as a Diamond player.

Qualification is one number, rolling 90 day turnover, recalculated every night. Turnover here means what it means in any wagering requirement, the total you stake rather than what you deposit or what you lose, so a member who recycles a modest balance through the reels can hold a tier that a member who deposits more but plays less does not reach. We prefer it that way because turnover is the thing we actually earn from.

The five tiers and the turnover behind each

Rolling 90 day turnover is the sum of every stake placed in the last ninety days out of the single MYR wallet, with the same game weighting used everywhere else on the floor: slot at full weight, live tables at ten percent, fishing at twenty percent. The table is the whole programme.

Bronze is not a tier you apply for. Every account is Bronze from the first stake, and it already carries 1.0% rebate paid daily at 7pm, three free withdrawals a day and the full game library, progressive jackpot pools included. Rebate rates, and what they come to in ringgit

Rebate, which most Malaysian players call cashback, is the line that moves most as the ladder goes up. The gap between Bronze at 1.0% and Diamond at 1.8 percent sounds small until you multiply it by the turnover that earns it. On RM50,000 of quarterly turnover, Bronze returns RM500 and Silver returns RM600. On RM250,000, Gold returns RM3,500 against Bronze's RM2,500. The gap scales with volume because that is the only thing it is a function of.

Rebate is paid daily at 7pm on the previous day's weighted turnover, carries a 1x condition that any ordinary stake clears, and has no deposit requirement. It pays on losing days and on winning days alike, which is what separates cashback from a deposit bonus: a deposit bonus arrives once and locks the balance until its condition is met, while this keeps arriving. The daily cap is RM2,000 at every tier, and almost nobody meets it.

One thing we will not do is pretend the rebate reverses the house edge. Online gambling does not work that way at any tier. Withdrawal limits, fee waivers and your host

The maximum withdrawal cap for a single day is the part of the programme members meet first, usually on a good night. Here is what changes as the ladder goes up, alongside the things that do not change at all.

When turnover falls and a tier lapses

The ninety day window moves every night, which means a tier is held rather than won. On any given night the oldest day of turnover drops out of the window and yesterday drops in, every spin and every hand weighted exactly as it was when you played it. If that arithmetic takes you under the threshold for your tier, the tier steps down one level at the next recalculation, and we message the account to say so rather than letting you find out at the cashier.

There is a grace period of fourteen days at each step down. During the grace window the higher rebate rate and the higher withdrawal ceiling stay in place, and if turnover recovers above the threshold at any point the step down is cancelled with nothing lost. A tier never drops more than one level at a time, so a member who stops playing entirely for a quarter walks back down the ladder gradually rather than landing on Bronze in one night.

A lapsed tier takes nothing away retrospectively. Rebate already credited stays credited, a host already assigned keeps answering through the grace window, and birthday credit already released is yours. The only thing we withdraw is the future rate, and any cash already sitting in the wallet stays where it is. Straight talk: a tier is not a reason to play

A tier is worth having if, and only if, you were going to put that volume through anyway. Read the ladder the other way round and the point becomes obvious. Moving from Bronze to Silver means staking RM50,000 in ninety days, and the reward is two tenths of a percent more rebate, which on that same RM50,000 is RM100. Nobody should stake fifty thousand ringgit to earn one hundred, and no ladder on any Malaysian platform changes that arithmetic.

So the correct way to use this page is backwards. Work out what you already stake in a quarter, find the row it lands in, and treat whatever that row gives you as a discount on play you were doing regardless.
