Five ways in, all of them answered by a person. Live chat is the fastest for anything touching money, Telegram is the one that still works when the site will not load, and email is for anything that needs a paper trail.

The channels, and what each one is best for
Live chat sits in the corner of every page and is staffed every hour of every day, including public holidays. It is the right channel for anything that touches the wallet, because the agent can see the account in front of them while you are typing and does not have to wait for a reply to come back.
| Channel | Best for | Typical response |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Deposits, cash outs, bonus questions, anything urgent | Under 2 minutes |
| Telegram | Reaching us when the site will not load, address checks | 2 to 10 minutes |
| Sending a screenshot or a bank slip from your phone | 5 to 15 minutes | |
| General questions, promotion announcements | Within a few hours | |
| Documents, formal complaints, anything needing a record | Within 24 hours |
Telegram earns its place for one specific reason. When a network stops resolving a domain the chat widget goes with it, and the app does not. If you cannot open the lobby at all, that is the channel to use, and the agent can tell you which name is answering today. The full list of addresses is also published on Dadu44 Link Alternatif.
All five are answered in English, Malay or Mandarin. Write in whichever you think in, including the mixed English and Malay most members here use, and nobody will ask you to repeat it in a different language.
Have these ready before you open a window
Most of the time a ticket takes is spent asking for details the member already has on the screen. Four things settle almost every cashier question in one exchange instead of five.
Not your name, not your phone number. The ID on your account page identifies you in one line and saves the agent a search.
The reference from the bank or eWallet app for a deposit, or the cash out ID from your history for a payout. This is the single most useful thing you can paste.
Of the error, the receipt or the balance, whichever is the subject. A screenshot of a bank app showing a successful transfer ends a deposit dispute immediately.
Malaysian time, to the minute if you can. Our logs are timestamped, and a window of five minutes finds the record far faster than this afternoon does.
If the question is about a pending payout, the history page already carries the cash out ID, the amount and the stage it has reached. The stages themselves and what each one means are explained on Dadu44 Withdraw, and reading that first answers a fair share of the questions that reach chat.
What happens after you send it
A chat lands with whoever is free on shift, and the first reply is usually under two minutes. Between about 9pm and 2am Malaysian time the floor is at its busiest and that can stretch, so we put more agents on those hours rather than letting a queue build quietly behind a canned greeting.
Simple things are finished in the window: a stuck deposit matched to a bank reference, a bonus that has not credited, a password reset, an address that has stopped loading. Anything that needs the cashier team or a bank enquiry gets a ticket number, and we tell you the number rather than leaving you to ask for it.
Money questions are checked against two records, ours and the payment rail, and the second one is not always instant. An FPX transfer that left your bank at 11.58pm can show on their side the next morning, and we would rather tell you that than guess at a time. Questions about which offers carry which conditions are usually faster to read than to ask: Dadu44 Free Credit sets out the turnover and the withdrawal ceiling in full.
If the first answer does not settle it
First line support can do a great deal, and there are things it cannot. A frozen account, a disputed turnover calculation, a payout held by a bank enquiry and anything involving documents all sit above that level, and the agent should say so rather than repeating the first answer in different words.
Ask for the matter to be escalated and for the ticket number in the same message. That puts it with a senior agent on the same shift, and a written answer follows within a few hours for anything raised during the day. Keep the ticket number, because quoting it reopens the same thread instead of starting a new conversation from nothing.
If the senior answer still does not settle it, send the ticket number by email with whatever evidence you hold. That version is read by the operations side rather than support, and it is reviewed against the logs and the payment records rather than against the chat transcript alone.
We will tell you when the answer is no. A bonus that was voided for a breached condition, a cash out blocked because the bank account is in someone else's name, a duplicate account suspended: those decisions do not change on a second reading, and saying so once is more use to you than three polite deferrals. What we are and are not responsible for is set out plainly on About Dadu44.
What we will never ask you for
There is a short list of things no agent of ours will ever request, in chat or anywhere else. It is short because it is easy to remember, and it is worth remembering because every phishing attempt we have seen asks for at least one of them.
- Your password. We can reset it. We can never read it, and we have no reason to see it.
- A one time code, an OTP or a TAC from your bank or your phone. Our login does not use one, so anybody asking for one is not us.
- A full card number, a CVV or an ATM pin. The cashier works with bank accounts and eWallets, never with card security codes.
- Remote access to your phone or computer through a screen sharing app. We do not troubleshoot that way, ever.
- A transfer to a personal account to release a payout or unlock a bonus. Money moves from us to you at the cash out stage, never the other way round.
If a message has already got something out of you, change your password straight away from the real site and open a chat with the time and the detail of what happened. We can look at the account, freeze cash outs while it is checked and tell you whether anything moved. If you would rather lock the account down for a while, the limits and break settings on Responsible Gaming are there for that too.
How fast does live chat answer?
Usually under two minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays. The queue is longest between about 9pm and 2am Malaysian time, which is when we put the most agents on shift.
What should I send with a deposit problem?
Your member ID, the bank or eWallet reference, a screenshot of the successful transfer and the time it happened in Malaysian time. Those four usually close it in one exchange.
How do I escalate a complaint?
Ask in chat for the matter to be escalated and for the ticket number. A senior agent answers within a few hours. If that does not settle it, email the ticket number with your evidence.
Will Dadu44 ever ask for my OTP or password?
Never. Not in chat, not by phone, not by email. Our login does not use a one time code at all, so any request for one is coming from someone copying the brand.
Can I reach you if the site will not load?
Yes. Telegram and WhatsApp run outside the site, so they still work when a network stops resolving an address. The agent will tell you which address is answering now.

Registration takes a phone number and about a minute. The RM5 free credit lands before you deposit anything, so you can see the floor for yourself first.
