What the free credit actually is
Free credit is the one online casino bonus here that costs you nothing: a small balance we drop into a new member wallet before any deposit arrives. It is RM5 against one verified phone number, and it is real playable balance: it spins, it can win, and anything it wins lands in the same ringgit wallet as the rest of your money. The 6x turnover and the RM100 ceiling
Two numbers govern the offer, and both sit on the claim screen before you accept it. The first is turnover at 6x, the wagering requirement by its other name. The credit has to be staked six times over before anything derived from it can leave the account. RM5 at 6x is RM30 of total stakes, which on a ten sen line is three hundred spins and on a one ringgit stake is thirty rounds. Turnover counts stakes, not losses, so balance that comes back to you and gets staked again counts again.
The second number is the maximum withdrawal cap. Whatever the free credit grows into, the most that can be withdrawn out of it is RM100. If five ringgit runs hot on a feature round and turns into four hundred, one hundred is yours to take and the remainder is cleared when the payout is approved. The ceiling exists because free credit is unfunded. No deposit sits behind it, so an uncapped version would be an open invitation to register fifty accounts off fifty SIM cards. What free credit is honestly for
We will say this plainly, because the version where we do not say it is the version that makes people angry at us six weeks later. Free credit is a trial of the floor. It is not a way to make money and it was never designed to be one. Across the claims we have paid, the common outcome by a wide margin is that the balance reaches zero somewhere inside the 6x and nothing is withdrawn. A minority clear it. How long do I have to clear the 6x turnover?
Seven days from the moment the credit lands. RM30 of total stakes inside a week is not a demanding target. If the clock runs out, the unused credit and anything built on it is removed, and your own deposited balance is untouched.
Can I win more than RM100 from free credit?
You can win more inside the account, and you can keep playing with it, but RM100 is the most that can be withdrawn out of a free credit balance. The ceiling is on the payout, not on the gameplay.
Why was my claim rejected?
